1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "jlj44," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the jlj44 platform operated at jlj44.cam and its authorized operators.
• "Platform" — refers to the jlj44 website at jlj44.cam, including all games, services, features, and content accessible therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlj44 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on jlj44.cam.
• "Balance" — refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a jlj44 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to PHP currency deposited by a Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" — refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by jlj44.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlj44. By completing the registration process, logging into your Account, or placing any wager on the jlj44 Platform, you represent that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including jlj44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms;
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

jlj44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on jlj44, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jlj44 enforces this requirement in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlj44 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person: Each individual may register only one Account on jlj44. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion or cooling-off period on jlj44 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or subsequent access.

jlj44 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not met.

4Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jlj44 Account. The following obligations apply to your Account at all times:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify jlj44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• You must keep your registered personal information current, including your mobile number and email address, which are used for account recovery and two-factor authentication.
• jlj44 may require additional identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation) at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to another person is strictly prohibited.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlj44 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on jlj44 is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel.
• Accepted methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. jlj44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Only Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be requested for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing: jlj44 processes withdrawal requests on a continuous basis. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes for verified Accounts in good standing. Bank transfers may take up to one banking business day.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless jlj44's compliance team approves an alternative in writing.
• Verification holds: jlj44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. jlj44 will not be liable for delays caused by a Player's failure to promptly submit verification documents.
• Suspicious transactions: jlj44 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request and conduct a review if the transaction is flagged by jlj44's internal compliance system for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

6Bonuses & Promotions

jlj44 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap where stated. Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds in excess of the stated cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• jlj44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at any time without prior notice if jlj44 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus is being misused, abused, or exploited in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to obtain bonuses or winnings in a manner not intended by jlj44 constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlj44 Platform are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the game system. jlj44 will not accept requests to void a bet on the basis that it was placed in error after the confirmation event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jlj44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance at its discretion.
• jlj44 partners with certified third-party live casino and RNG game providers. All games are independently certified for fairness and randomness. Certified RTP values are available upon request.
• In cases of a dispute between a Player and jlj44 regarding the outcome of a game, the data recorded by jlj44's gaming servers shall be considered the definitive record and shall take precedence over any information displayed on the Player's device.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlj44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on jlj44, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using the jlj44 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized technical means;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or undisclosed bugs to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
• Accessing the Platform through anonymizing tools such as VPNs, proxies, or Tor nodes in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your Account.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj44 Platform, including but not limited to the jlj44 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jlj44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jlj44 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlj44 Platform without the prior written consent of jlj44. Unauthorized use of jlj44 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlj44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jlj44 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits attributable to system interruptions, technical malfunctions, or maintenance periods;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Disruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or actions of government authorities.

The jlj44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlj44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

11Responsible Gaming

jlj44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its players. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to your use of the jlj44 Platform:

• Age verification: jlj44 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended without appeal.
• Self-exclusion: Players may activate a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or longer through the Account settings dashboard. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. jlj44 will make reasonable efforts to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon saving. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure session duration notifications within the Account dashboard to manage time spent on the Platform.

12Privacy & Data Protection

jlj44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jlj44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jlj44 is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and provision of customer support. jlj44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Termination

jlj44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as set out in Clause 8;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority with jurisdiction over jlj44's operations.

Upon termination for cause, jlj44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any compensation or refund.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting jlj44 support at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following satisfactory verification, provided no active investigations or holds apply.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj44 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.

jlj44 operates in the Philippine market in the context of applicable gaming regulations overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with PAGCOR's published responsible gaming guidelines.

15Amendments

jlj44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where jlj44 considers a change to be material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the jlj44 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as provided in Clause 13.
